Often, when we are challenged, feeling stress or any type of energy flowing through us, it's helps to discharge it with physical activity. <br /><br />Dancing is one terrific way of doing that. Cycling helps too, along with other forms of exercise and expression, where we use our bodies: yoga, meditation, singing, martial arts and countless other sports.<br /><br />How's your thesis going?
