Sleep it off

We often think of rest as unproductive, but when fighting off an illness or just an overall low vibe, climb into bed and relax under the covers.  A quick snooze could rev you up for the rest of the day.  Look at dogs and cats, they never feel lazy for taking all their naps and we don't look at them with disgust.  Don't feel bad if you need to lay your head down.  It doesn't mean you are old or weak, just human.

  1. Thank you for the perfect excuse to go lay down. I've been in a funk all day. Night, night!

  2. I hardly ever take naps - but that's because I work 8am-6pm so there's literally no way for me to haha. But I do need to start going to bed earlier, as I usually only get 6 hours of sleep.

    1. What if you could ramp it up to maybe 7 hours of sleep. What a difference it may make!

  4. Oh I'm well accustomed to being cut short on sleep from college. How I wish I could get 7 or 8 hrs a night, because you really do feel amazing when you do!
