Phone a friend

We need our friends.  Like we need water and air, we need their support to survive. We are often so busy with our to do list that we forget to nurture these precious relationships.  Just as its important to move for your physical health, it is equally important to talk with friends for your mental health. Talk, vent, hug, laugh and smile with your friend.  Your world will be better for it.
