Learning lust

Learning something new can change us forever.  Inside our brilliant brain a chemical change occurs in our neurons and we are never the same.  We create new information to recall at a later date and our confidence builds just a little more. There are so many ways to learn something new.  We could read an article in a magazine, sign up for a workshop or seminar, or as they say, "google it". Could you learn something new in your job?  Write down the questions you would like answers to and when you have some down time, search for those answers by connecting with other specialists in your field.  Boom!  Learning has occured!

  2. Since becoming ill, I have become obsessed with the topic of health and wellness. I want to soak up as much knowledge as I can about it! I actually just signed up for a Yoga Teacher Training program a week ago. I am so excited! It has been a bucket list item of mine for many years and now it also a new path on my healthiness and learning journey!!!

    1. I am a yoga teacher too! I haven't practiced this art with a group just yet, but my time will come. Maybe we can co-teach a class!

    2. Yay! I didn't know that you were a yoga teacher! You are a lady of many, many accomplishments, my friend!
And, absolutely, once I get my certification we must co-teach a class! How wonderful would that be! :)

  3. Learning is fabulous. I wouldn't be me, if it weren't for what I've studied. More important, is applying what I learn. Books and life's lessons weren't given to increase our knowledge but to improve our lives.
