Imagine if

We may look ahead to a place we dream of being, but what if we could transport that moment to right now?  Perhaps we dream of having more money, or finding happiness.  Sit back and visualize what that moment feels like.  Place a smile upon your face and know that whatever challenge lies ahead of you, you have succeeded.  What does that place feel like?  Does it make your shoulders stand taller, your heart feel lighter? Live in this space as if the moments are happening right in front of you.  For just a short while, we can really feel as though our dreams have come true.

  1. My worry Vanessa is, that I am at a point in my life when I'm exactly where I want to be - and it's scary to think I may lose it...keeping having this thought - it's not supposed to be this nice and easy, is it?

Hope you're having a good day! Hx

    1. Spend time with gratitude for all the gifts you have. It is meant to be nice and easy for right now. Who knows what the future brings. Breathe into all those lovely things in your life and smile knowing you were given all these gifts for a reason.

  2. Thanks for this post. What a lovely exercise! When I did it, I exhaled a big breath, my body relaxed and a smile formed on my face. The feeling of peace I got inspires me to push on with my dreams.

This exercise confirms the proverb,"as a man thinks in his heart, so is he."

I appreciate the thoughts you share with us. They encourage me, as I've been a bit frayed. Isn't it interesting that this is how we got the word, afraid? :)

[To have been in a battle (fray) and finding ourselves unraveled, as a result.]

  3. Thanks for trying the activity and so glad it had positive results during this moment of feeling frayed.Afraid. Never thought of the connection before, thanks friend.
