O' negative

Anytime we can squash the negative charges that somtetimes plague our body, the better.  We all want to live a happy, hopeful and peaceful life, right?  This task will take some serious metal will, but see how often you can flex your positive thinking muscle.  Guy cuts you off in traffic, "He must be in a hurry, not my problem".  A lady has 15 items in the 12 item line, "That's not a big deal". A coworker questions your ideas at work, "They think differently than me, I know it's a great idea and that's ok".  See how many potentially negative situations occur in your day and practice turning them around.  I would love to hear what you discover.

  1. Ah yes the power of our thoughts...when we can gain control of them it really does change how we percieve things does it not?

    1. Perception is a matter of the pictures played to us and the emotions charging us depending on the frequency of our brain. It is so HARD, but the frequency can be adjusted to alter the reality we have been placed in, or placed ourselves in.

  2. I have been thinking along a similar path myself! I'm working on choosing to let got of negativity when it presents itself in the way I think. It can be challenging, especially when the negative thoughts are about yourself and they're ingrained...and definitely works when the thoughts are about others or situations we find ourselves in. I like your style, and I hope I get better at doing this!

  3. I finally got my laptop back. Am I glad to say hi. As you know, this is one of my favorite topics.

As we think, so are we. Happiness is about perspective. Thank you, for addressing this subject.

Asking ourselves, "How important is it?" does wonders: many things that irk us are seen for what they are: insignificant. I'd rather light a candle than curse the darkness.
